You don’t like what I’m writing now.
I can understand you
not wanting to hear these things
but you must understand
you’re the one putting me through this.
If you don’t like yourself in this light
then maybe you should step up.
Walk a straighter path
and you won’t find yourself slipping
on uneven ground.
I wonder if you still step out
on your lovers like you did me
I wonder if you still have your friends lie for you.
I wonder if they know you lie to them too.
I wonder if there is a girl betraying you right now
just as you have done to us so many times before.
If I’m honest, I hope so.

Don’t tell me it was for the best.
Don’t tell me. I’m better off.
Don’t you dare tell me anymore lies.
Just Tell me you don’t want me anymore.
Tell me you don’t need me, and be honest
You don’t love me at all.
All this time I thought you didn’t need me
But now I’m gone and you’re telling me,
You’re still in love.
All this time that passed by
and I’m doing fine without you.
But now you’re telling me,
You miss me
But oh, my heart doesn’t agree
with what you’re telling me.
You can never find better than me
No one who would make your blood rush like I do
No one to make your heart burst like I do
No one to lift you higher than the clouds like i do
No one to find home in like my heart
My body shaking
Stumbling onto earth shattering heartbreak,
My heart beating so fast
I’m afraid it might break loose from my ribcage
and run from the pain storming in.
My throat closing up
please don’t say the words to make these lies true.
